I purchased the Laptop on 4th September, one day while trying to shut down, there was only option of Update and shutdown, hence chose that option and now am unable to login.
The technician took 40minutes and asked me to have an external USB and laptop for datta transfer. When I said that's not possible, so he told technician would visit within 24-48 hours.
Every day I have been calling and following up, it's been 10days and no technician has visited to resolve the issue.
Every day the technician assigned is a different person and I had to call myself to let them know that they need to visit at this location and still no response. Not even answering the calls.
What kind of service is this?
