Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP all in one keeps running Bios Uodate.

The system Bios is being recovered. The recovery will take several minutes to complete.  Do not shut down external  power, writing new BIOS image.

 

this is not a notebook it is an ALL IN ONE computer. Then after a few seconds the computer beeps loudly and starts the process all over again. I've tried shutting it off for several minutes and starting again pressing the F10 key repeatedly with no success. This computer is less than 1 year old.
