My device's battery percentage is stuck at 51%.

The battery is working but the system doesn't show the correct battery level, and the system suddenly shuts down when the battery is drained. 

When I try to open HP UEFI Diagnostics tool to calibrate the battery, I always get the basic UEFI diagnostics tool which doesn't show any option to check battery. I have tried to install the latest version several times, but I always get that basic version when I open UEFI diagnostics tool.

I have searched extensively but I couldn't find a solution.

I even clean installed windows but that didn't work
