Product: HP 350 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help I tried to system reset on my laptop now it is stuck on any error The error saying "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error, Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" and then restart the installation ". Someone said to me it has crushed, if so how can I fix it and will I recover my files when fixed or not, please help.
