Hello, I went to replace my hp omen laptop battery and had purchased a what i thought was the correct battery a TE04XL. went to open the laptop and found a TE03XL. From my understanding the TE04XL is just a 4 cell version of TE03XL. the size is exactly the same, the fit is the same and the connector was the same, but when installed the batter it would start the laptop but would not take a charge. did i just get a "bad" battery or is TE04XL not compatible with my OEM charger? if it helps the charger model is HSTNN-DA25 (part # 732811-003). Thank you for any help.

What is your HP Omen 15 ? There are dozens of different models/products around. You need to use the right part

i have  found out i have the OMEN by HP Laptop PC - 15-ax033dx, by looking up my product serial number. will the TE03XL be the only battery that will work as a replacement? thank you.
