HP Pavilion - 15-cw1001nh
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

my laptop is HP Pavilion – 15-cw1001nh Windows 10 64 bit 22H2 OS Build 19045.2604. with RADEON AMD Vega Graphics.

I installed an update of BIOS because HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT suggested me to do so.

Current BIOS version after updating is AMI F.50 24/11/2022.

Then I immediately had these problems:

1) sometimes it shows the blue screen and THREAD STUCK DEVICE DRIVER message;

2) sometimes the WiFi Network adapter goes off and DISAPPEARS from Device manager;when I restart the laptop the WiFi network adapter appears again and works good.

I performed various tests with HP diagnostics, no hardware fault was detected, the system says all drivers are updated.

The system was perfectly stable before updating the BIOS, now it’s unstable and undergoes the problems I wrote.

I only made updates from Windows Update and the update of BIOS suggested automatically by HP assistant.

Should I roll back the BIOS to the previous version? And how to do that?

Or what else should I do?

Thanks for your help.
