HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0107ax
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I'm using HP Pavilion Gaming - 15.
I'm using windows 11.
Today I want to install valorant. Then I got a problem that says, TPM 2.0 and the secure boot must be enabled. I check the Bios and both of them have been enabled. So I check again using the device manager in the security devices section, and there is no TPM 2.0, I also check using Microsoft Management Console and type "tpm.msc", and it says Compatible TPM cannot be found on this computer. I have enabled TPM state in the Bios, and this confuses me. What should I do?

Please can someone help me with this 🙂

Thanks guys!

Your machine uses Trusted Platform Module (fTPM) 2.0, firmware based. It should be enabled by default. Please use the following way to check

Hi, thanks for the reply!

I have tried this. I have enabled the TPM in the bios UEFI, but when I check using all the steps on the link, it still says Compatible TPM cannot be found. Is my laptop broken?

Please contact vendor of "valorant" software and ask them how to install it under TPM 2.0 firmware.

Hi, I think the problem is not with the software.

Because after I checked, using the steps on the link that you gave, all of it says that TPM cannot be found.

The problem is I have enabled it in the BIOS UEFI but nothing changed, here is the picture that I took when I try to enable it.
