Hi, When I first bought this laptop I was able to use windows 11 with tpm 2.0. after I upgraded bios to 1.12 my tpm options in the bios settings said that its enabled, but hwne i go in windows to check in tpm.msc it shows this: 

any fix??? i want a fix because it also slowed my laptop performance.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you have issues with the TPM of your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

 

I am unable to see that error message on your post. Could you please send it to me via direct message so that I can assist you further? If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here

 

Along with that, may I know if you have updated the chipset and firmware of your system? I would suggest you update all the drivers of your system and check if the issue persists. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2857204-2362249-16
