Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, in order to prepare the upgrade to Windows 11 I've tried to enable TPM by BIOS on my notebook.

Entering the BIOS i've set the TPM Enabled, but the OS W10 can't find that neither in  Security Options, tpm.msc or device manager.

The AMD Ryzen 7 3750H is on the Microsoft list of compatibility.

BIOS and any other driver are updated at the latest version. Please what I'am missing?

@Francis9911

It should be under AMD section in Device Manager

Thank you, but in the device manager I don't have and AMD section, only the voice AMD PSP 10.0 device in the "Security" section. Also in the BION the TPM is Enabled but nowhere in Windows

HP Recommended

run cmd as admin and type:
wmic /namespace:\\root\cimv2\security\microsofttpm path win32_tpm get /value

post the result

Run the line in Prompt  in Admin says:

"

No Instance(s) available

That means that TPM is not activated.

In BIOS TPM is set to Enabled and Visible. Also Secure Boot is active. How can I fix this?

Try these steps
Write down a simple password on a piece of paper
go to Security Tab
Set supervisor password
Enter New password
Confirm new password

activate tpm

enter current password
enter new password (leave it blank)
confirm new password (leave it blank)
