the TPM is not visible in Windows, but properly enabled in BIOS.
i've checked many forums but nobody couldn't support me properly.
my PC is: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0000nl

Hi:
Yes, there is a problem with that model series.
It does have a TPM 2.0 device, but it is a firmware based (fTPM) device, not an actual TPM hardware chip.
See page 3 of the service manual--Security specifications.

So, the problem is...W11 does not recognize the fTPM 2.0 device as being present.
Until Microsoft fixes the problem where W11 will accept that type of fTPM device to pass the hardware checks, your only options would be to remain on W10 or see the info at the link below for how to bypass the W11 hardware checks to upgrade.
