Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (1L0Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Is legal (NOT violating a Windows 10/11 EULA) temporaly downgrading from Windows 11 to Windows 10  because HP provide recovery images only for Windows 10, but support said what my laptop is have a preinstalled Windows 11? Official position of Microsoft's and HP's support is "you may downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10 without additional licenses [for Windows 10]". This is true, or Windows 10 licenses is required [to buy]?
