ChromeBool 11 G6 EE

I have an issue with this 11 G6 EE and the Shim Process. I've completed the System Board swap andhave loaded the OS. When the system reboots and goes into the Factory Test. I fails during the ShopFloor test. I get an error and the test stops. This is the error I get.Test FATP.ShopFloor.WriteHWID FAILED: TypeError: expected string or buffer .

My issue was that I chose False on Dolphin or Bentley. Once I chose True for Dolphine and False for Bentley it passed and continued with the Factory Test.

I have the same issue. I have ordered 4 motherboards in a week time frame. All 4 have had this issue. I have rerun the shim. Placed motherboard in known working chromebook. I contacted HP support and they told me to contact google. Seems like I will be getting the run around now. I support 5000 of these devices

When shop floor runs, true for 2nd camera, true for touchscreen, false from stylus. Then probes camera and camera 1. VPD and enter product # and tries to writeHWID. Then fails.

I did the same. Still getting the shopfloor error.  WriteHWID still fails.

Have you removed the WP screw from the system board before you start the SHIM process?
