I got this Error while oppening app like adobe reader. The Error Shows {The App didn't start } My Os is windows 8.1 64bit

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.
Did you try to restart the computer (restart, not shutdown and then back on) ?
If this does not help, could you try to uninstall Adobe Reader metro app and reinstall it back ?
