Pavilion 11-n000

I had to change the old disk to the computer (the previous one was damaged). After inserting the disk and reassembling the pc (pavilion 11), I turned on the laptop which, obviously, did not load any OS since the newly inserted disk was empty. At this point, trying to install Windows 10, I pressed the key to access the BIOS and then change the boot setups. The computer, at the bottom left, after showing me "F10 ... BIOS setup", showed no sign of starting the BIOS, so I tried again several times, waiting for minutes before the BIOS screen was shown, but the BIOS or the BOOT setups did not open. I also found the same problems with the other keys.

I tried to reset the BIOS with the keys combination WIN + B and WIN + V and tha SWITCH ON for 2-3 seconds

laptop: pavilion 11-n000

year: from 2014 (i think)

Sorry, the combination was just WIN + B and SWITCH for 2-3 seconds
