Greetings,

My laptop does not respond to any button except the power button. I downloaded Cloud Recovery from the Hp website, set it as USB Flash and tried to install it, but it still didn't work. Then I downloaded the BIOS file and set the latest version as USB Flash memory, but still nothing. I'm about to lose my mind, I don't understand why it's doing this. Then I tried key combinations like Windows+b and Windows+v as stated on HP's page but still nothing. I have tried many things you can think of. I opened the computer, removed the hard drives, formatted them on another computer and they are clean. There is no Windows installed, the hard disk is empty. My biggest problem is that when I press the power button, ESC, F1, F2, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12, it doesn't matter which one I click, the screen freezes with the name of the command at the bottom left and does nothing else. The only thing I can do is Windows+b and Windows+v and even these don't seem to work... Please I ask for your help please I will eventually throw the computer off the balcony or else. Your comments are very important to me. Thank you in advance.
