The CHOS checksum is invalid. The CHOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS Setup options to see if they change.

CHOS Reset (502)

After this error I cannot switch on my laptop. The laptop is switched on only when all the power is completed and I freshly charged the laptop again it is only switched on for 13 to 15 min and automatically the laptop screen is turning off and the laptop is not switching on until the whole battery percentage is gone.

Use the Windows key + 'v' as explained here. to reset the cmos

Then go into the BIOS setup and

- set defaults

- enable secure boot

- enable tpm

- restore HP keys (if applicable, may have a different name)

- verify date and time are correct.

- save settings and exit.

I assume you already ran the F2 diagnostics and disk and memory passed.

let me know if there is a problem.
