HP Pavilion - 14-ce2068st

THE HP support drivers and software page just sits there spinning forever. I'm trying to see if I can order a recovery stick.

Hi:

HP no longer sells recovery media online like they used to.

You would have to call HP customer service and ask if they have any for sale.

You can also make a recovery drive for free.

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive that will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

You will need to enter your notebook's product number, 6ME71UA#ABA, in the tool's search box after you install the software so you can create the recovery media.
