Product: Victus by HP Laptop 16
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,
The SSD storage didn't appear when  tried to format and reinstall Windows10 on my new HP VICTUS 16.

*I used (MediaCreationTool21H1) to make a bootable flash drive with Windwos10, and I also tried Rufus with these setting to make a bootable flash drive and the SSD still didn't appear???02.jpg

 

Please can you help me with that.

Take a look at this doc which should help you. You need to provide the Intel storage drivers at install
