my laptob loss about 3 or 4 % from its charge while it is shutdown

 

for exmaple i charge my laptob to 90% then i turn off it then in next day i turn on it and find that the battery charge is 87%

 

i already bought it recently and i dont know if this a problem in the battery or what

Hi,

3-4 percent is possible and not a problem. Many times notebooks are actually "sleeping" or maybe you have devices attached.

Maybe certain BIOS settings or even temperature.

Thank you for reply but my notebook is completly shutdown not sleeping and i disconnected all devices from it and i get the latest update from bios and temperature is normal in my room
