Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 (4C803AV)

Hi,

My Device/HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 (4C803AV) does not charge (5% left). The charger cable is not an issue. I have tried different ones . The laptop is still on warranty. 

How the problem can be sold?

HP Recommended

Perhaps the battery needs to be replaced or your laptop motherboard's power management unit is going out. Check the HP diagnostics by pressing F2 when you turn the computer on and look into power/battery tests.
