Hi @AdamZB
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand your concern about your HP 27-cb0029 All-in-One PC restarts unexpectedly and displays a bugcheck error, don’t worry let me check and help you with this.
To better understand the issue, could you kindly confirm the following does the restart occur during startup, while using specific applications, or randomly?
In the meantime, kindly try the below steps and confirm :
1. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Turn off the computer.
- Turn it back on and immediately tap Esc repeatedly.
- Press F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Run the System Tests, especially:
- Memory Test
- Hard Drive Test
2. Check Windows for Corrupted System Files
- Right-click the Start button and select Terminal (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin).
- Run the following commands one at a time:
sfc /scannow
Restart the computer after the scans finish.
3. Review Device Drivers
- Open Device Manager.
- Look for any devices showing a warning symbol.
- Update chipset, graphics, and network drivers from HP Support Assistant or the HP support website - https://support.hp.com/ .
I hope this helps.
I'm an HP Employee.
