at lest 1 month i download update from hp support assitant in my notebook then my windows 10 pro 64 bit its have a problem more frecuently with a blue screen like:

i have very important info in my laptop but before do a reinstall of windows 10 i want to do my last question for HP support with this error. thanks

Some newer HP laptops come with BitLocker enabled -- and that encrypts the entire drive. You can tell the volumes are encrypted because then you look at them in File Manager, you will see special icons for the drives.
The first thing you are supposed to do with a BitLocker-enabled PC is use the MS utility to save the key to an external USB stick. That way, you have the key if you need to enter it later to decrypt the drive.
If you did not save the key, and do not know the key, I know of no way to recover it now.
As to retrieving files, that's why folks need to do backups -- so they have a copy of the files in situations like this.
Without a backup, you are stuck because drive recovery software will not work on BitLocker encrypted drives.
