Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all, i have a hp notebook, when i opened the computer on the morning it asked to update- from windows operator, i made the update it finished. A few minutes after the computer tirned into logo screen and thats that is wrriten underneath the logo :  (c:) stage 1: 1%... And its been like that for over an hour or two.
