Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, tonight the computer stopped working, it turns on but it doesn't let me open any program, no files, I can only enter the "run" screen but anyway when I start nothing happens. 

It seems that a short time has updated itself, but at the moment I can't do the procedure to go back since nothing opens. 

Has this happened to anyone and/or can you give me some advice?
