Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. Bought a new device for my mother. Activated the device on 16.09.2023. Until 19.06.2023 the device was not used. In the morning my mother wanted to watch a TV show. But the device began to install BIOS update. After which this error appeared. Do you think this is an acceptable situation for a laptop that is 2 days old. No extraneous software was not installed.
