The device is not working and it is dead

Hello,

I got a HP Zbook 15 G3 which does not power on a I didn't got any adapter with it. I tried connect it with my own 90W adapter (Officialy compatible is only 150W) and the laptop is still not powering on, just the LED next to power connector is shining and the power button dimly flashes.

So my question is...is it possible, that it wouldn't even POST with 90W adapter?

If the battery is completely dead, you may be able to charge it with the 90W adapter, and hopefully the notebook will turn on if the battery gets a sufficient enough charge.

See what happens if you leave it plugged in overnight.

When I came back, I found the device completely disconnected, so I connected the charger, but the device did not turn on
I have a white light in the place of the power button, I disconnected the charger and disassembled the device and the battery socket was disconnected
I disconnected and reached the CMOS stone for half an hour and came back and connected everything, reached the charger and found the same problem.
I do not know what to do because the device does not work permanently when the charger is connected to the charger bulb and the white light on the power button turns off and lights up constantly
