Hello, my laptop is Omen-15 [Personal Information Removed]

When I press the power button nothing happens. The laptop doesn't turn on. I followed the following steps:

1- check the charger ( cable +charger ) seems working fine. 

2- unplug the cable, and any external hardware, and press the button for more 10 seconds, I plug  and I press the power button again nothing happens. 

3- I press the power button for 1 minute, nothing happens. 

4- I plug an Ethernet cable, there is some light showing up next to the cable.
