Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop refuses to restore the system using a USB drive created using the HP cloud recovery system. Error "This computer is not supported by the recovery media system. Cannot continue to restore this system using these media. 0100-8333-8330 ”What could be the problem?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with why the cloud recovery tool isn't working, but you can always clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installer using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
