I see that you are facing an issue with one of the feature missing on the HPSA on your Laptop.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

A) Uninstall the HPSA application from your laptop and restart the device.

 

B) Refer to this link to reinstall the HPSA application and let me know if that resolves the issue.
