Hello from munich. I see and I have the app in my start up menu.

If I will start it it appears shortly not 100% and will dissapear that means no start. This happens if windows is working.

For sure I know that it works in the past.

Right click and then uninstall still no change. Install new out of HP site no affect. Install out of Microsoft Shop as well no effect.

Anything I can do?

(1) Install/Update Hardware Diagnostics UEFI

(2) Shutdown your computer

 

(3) Check your hardware outside from windows !

That works,

 

but out of windows it doesn´t??

I can click on it it starts an before being loaded it dissappears??
Delete right click yes but no effect at all.

Please watch the youtube video, it explains how to start your notebook hit ESC key and F2 to enter HP Diagnostic on boot time before windows starts !
