Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this problem where if I use the Media Creation Tool, I can install Windows 10 just fine, but I really want to restore the factory image, because clean installing Windows 10 does not seem to fix the touchscreen disabling all the time. I've tried everything and multiple official and non official drivers.

I came across the official HP Recovery Manager app in the Microsoft Store so I created a USB stick and attempted to recover but it failed:

Next I disabled Secure Boot and tried it again, and again it failed, but this time I opted to save the log files. It is a 5.3mb zip so if someone can assist me with what I need to share, hopefully there is a trick in order to complete the recovery properly.

I read that sometimes disabling (or enabling) wifi on certain laptops makes the recovery complete properly.

At this point there is no point in using the media creation tool, because then I will be back to the HID device which keeps disabling itself between reboots, disabling the touchscreen.

I no longer have the HP recovery partition, which is why I needed to create the HP recovery USB stick.

Oh I also read about setting the BIOS date back in order to get recovery to complete, like a week before the "BIOS Born Date" whatever that means. Here is the Error log part of the system.sav/SYSINFO.LOG
