Recently I installed a new ssd card and replaced the battery. When I reach to home I open my laptop and there window is not activated. I contact to hp support on whatsapp where they can try to resolve the problem. When I bought the laptop it contains window 10 and after 1 year I upgrade in window 11. When I installed SSD the shopkeeper installed window11 and it is not activated when I reached to hp support they said that we make flash drive to recover data of window 10 via a hp cloud recover tools and I performed the process which are assist by hp support but when the reboot performed it would be on stuck where it say the recovery attempt has failed select one of the following buttons. These are - save log, details, retry
Then i contact with hp support on and they say the recovery is not process successfully.

If the cloud recovery tool media failed to restore the notebook, you have the option to create a plain W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Then you can upgrade back to W11 by clicking on the Blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button (1st option) at the link below.
