The recovery attempt has failed after 2 hours 

And there is 3 options

Hi:

 

If the recovery system/cloud recovery tool USB drive isn't working, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to clean install W10 by making bootable W10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

How can i exit from this recovery screen to can download the windows ??

Hi:

 

You'll have to use another Windows PC with Windows 7 or newer on it to create the installation media.

 

The W10 product key is in the notebook's BIOS.

 

You won't need it, or even be asked to enter the key to install W10, and activation will be automatic.

So after i download the windows on usb i will click f9 to install it?

Yes, you would do the same thing you did with the cloud recovery tool USB you created.

 

Plug it in the USB port, turn on or restart the PC, press the ESC key immediately afterward to get the menu of options, select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB flash drive with the W10 installation files on it, and press the enter key.
