Operating System: Chrome OS

I have just bought a HP Chromebook x360 14b-cd000xxx. During the setting up, it downloaded an update and restart the device. Unfortunately, since then, it is a black screen and sometimes it flashes « please do not power off the device. The system is applying a critical update ». What shall we do to make it works?
