dv7-615er. Serial [edited]. Product QC604EA. Hello, after replacing the hard disk, I can't install the system from the recovery disk. The message system recovery media does not support this computer appears. It is impossible to restore this system with this media. 0110-FP27M00#ABA-QC604EA#ACB, 0120-0001-0002, 0130-ABA-ACB. What should I do? Before that, I already installed the system from these disks.

Hi

The restore is very picky about the hardware, and perhaps the new HDD is out of it's scope/range to accept.

 

Perhaps...

Heidc 11-11-19.png you can create an install media from here.

 

Please delete the serial number, QC604EA is the product SKU:
