I tried to do the system restoration of my hp span, and apparently everything was working fine, but almost towards the end, in one of the reboots that it does, when it tried to open Windows, it gave me an error and gives me a message from Recovery Manager "restoration incomplete" and in a window behind c: \ windows \ system32 \ cmd.exe you can read "the system cannot find the drive specified". on the other hand, in a report that gives me, among other things, you can read: "there might be unexpected reboot during windows setup" "the process will cause CTO Panic" "kiss the image might not be normal now". the restoration does not progress, it gives me the option to retry, but the same thing happens. Could someone tell me what the problem is and how to solve it? Thank you

Hi:

First run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2) and if the hard drive passes the tests, using another Windows PC, and a 32 GB USB flash drive you can make a bootable recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
