Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on the Power option in the start menu I see the message "there are currently no power options available".

Even if I try "alt+f4" it shows the following message

"win +  L" to lock the system is also not working.

What should be done to resolve this problem?

Please help.

I don't see a Power Options link in my Start menu.  You mean Settings --> System --> Power and Sleep?

The other functions are built into Windows, so if they don't work, that implies some kind of general Windows corruption -- which while it might be fixable, could involve considerable work on your part.

So, we need to know the specific version and build of Windows 10 you are running.  To see that, enter "winver" (without the quotes) into the search area and post back the results.
