I have the same issue what should i do ?

After update bios on booting always the following text appears:

"There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) data

Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM

Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data

Note: BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot Windows"

Only the option [N] works. It appears after/before every boot.

What to do??????

Hi Gaya1239 – HP Support,

I and at least tree others have the same problem. It looks like the last update was the cause of our trouble. Could you help us also?.

HP Recommended

I have also the same problems and I cannot shut down my laptop any more.

Everything was fine until I flashed the firmware with version F37. Now I get this message all the time when I start my notebook, Very annoying. F35 was working OK.

anybody found a solution yet?

I would hope HP will be waking up about now in the States and could answer this. I suspect a new firmware flash will be necessary. F38? We will just have to be patient, however more testing before release could have spotted this problem.
