HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f235nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer shut down by itself and I saw the message thermal events and since shutting down, I cannot get my laptop to start up again

I have tried the two or three options of troubleshooting turning off the power taking the battery out holding down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds and none of those are options are working, any ideas on how to get my HP Pavilion laptop notebook back up and running 3 hours later
