HP Recommended

Laptop was stolen. Got it back with a cracked screen and a pin code that I didn't set. Hit forgot my password and it's not my info. I've tried everything. Can't access the start menu, Windows key, the press these keys to reset or access this doesn't work. Can anyone help

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
