if you cannot use the cloud recovery, it is up to you to contact HP
Have you tried another Windows version, because if that happens you have another problem, and the recovery kit will not be the solution either!

Sir i ordered hp recovery usb by paying 1900.

Today it is delivered.

And it is showing this error.

if you ordered a recovery kit that does not work, contact hp directly, unless hp did not sell you this?
either this is not the right kit, or there is a problem with your computer.
did you try a previous version of windows like i suggested?
