I was facing some issues in my laptop so i decided to reinstall the system image

So i used hp cloud recovery tool to create a bootable pendrive and the pendrive got created successfully.

I had used a hp usb 3.1 high speed pendrive for this.

But when i boot from the pendrive i am getting error that this computer is not supported by system recovery media. You will not he able to continue to recover this system with these media.

Error code 0122-0-1.

I have tried the process with other pendrive also but getting same error.

I am attaching image of error.

Please help

Note :- i do not want to use media creation tool.

hi

the computer is original, has it not been modified?
If we use the HP tool that matches, it then returns here, in order to obtain the recovery kit

http://support.hp.cloud-recovery.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/

https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/p/hp-cloud-recovery-tool/9mtks9pr7r3n?rtc=1&activetab=pivot:overview...
The message, would indicate that the key created, does not match with the computer
this should not be the case if you followed the procedure
Is your computer still working, can you try this or not at all?

I already used windows media creation tool to install windows 10 so i cant create a recovery disk using in built tool.

And the two links you shared.

First one is to check whether the laptop is supported for cloud recovery so answer is yes it is supported.

And second link is to install the tool .

I asked you if you changed anything, you told me no ..
sorry i can't guess everything

"And the two links you shared.

I gave you several link in fact with the solutions to reinstall an HP computer!
obviously if you had used the microsoft tool, before creating the recovery kit, and destroyed the hp system, all this is useless
I know that the computer is compatible, I said it above
I just asked you, if you had done as it is mentioned ..
You could have used the tool made with another computer and tried with the one if, without reusing the correct product number.
I advise you to contact HP directly, if the hp image does not work, there is nothing I can do about it.
I would rather have advised you to use the microsoft tool to reinstall, but since you seem to have already done it, it's up to you to see if you want to start over or not
finally we do not know why you want to reinstall an umpteenth time?

Windows installed through microsoft tool has several issues.it restart automatically. And also driver get update automatically causing other issue

HP Recommended

So do as I told you, contact hp to try and get, a way to reinstall the computer if the hp tool does not allow it.
Otherwise, if you are using microsoft tool, you are trying to install the latest windows version, try a previous version
