Product: hp 14 stream 416 laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To continue, enter an admin user name and password says this and i dont know how to fix this and  my serial num is [Personal Information Removed] and the only admin account on my pc is named HP and i dont know the password to my stuff and i tried everything and it just keeps asking for the password.

 

please help.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.



In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.



According to the Community's Rules of Participation:



4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
