Hello Didarosida,

Thank you for posting your concern,

I'm sorry to hear about the charging issue you're experiencing. It's difficult to determine the exact cause without additional information, but here are a few general troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the Power Outlet: Ensure that the power outlet you are using is functional. You can test it by plugging in another device.

  2. Inspect the Charger: Examine the charger for any visible damage to the cable or connectors. Ensure that it is securely connected to both the power source and the device.

  3. Try a Different Charger: If possible, try using a different charger that is compatible with your device to determine if the issue is with the charger itself.

  4. Device Port: Check the charging port on your device for any debris or damage that might be preventing a proper connection.

  5. Restart the Device: If the device allows, try restarting it. Some devices might need a reset to clear any temporary software issues.

  6. Battery Health: If your device has a removable battery, try removing it and reinserting it after a couple of minutes. If the battery is non-removable, ensure it's not physically damaged or swollen.
