Hello, everyone. I bought laptop with preinstalled windows 11 on it, but I don't like it, so I created via media creation tool - usb boot flash with last windows 10 (21H2).
During installation touch pad was disabled, only using usb mouse I can move the cursor. After successful installation I had many problems (no sound, screen refresh rate was reduced till 40hz, and touch pad still not working). I tried to find all needed drivers, but I noticed that there is no my OS version "windows 10 (21H2)".
I installed some drivers and they are compatible, but when I tried to install touch pad(ELAN Precision Touchpad Filter Driver), system told me, that "the driver is not supported on this OS version".
Tell me please what I need to do, to fix this problem. I need to use my PC as soon as possible!
