Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Where is the laptop I sent back for repair on 3/18 in your box from FedEx? I got an email from HP on 3/21 stating that they had not received my laptop and I have a receipt from FedEx saying it was received on 3/21?

 

Please advise
