Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello 🙂 I've got question regarding drivers issue - does somebody knows how to install touchpad drivers into windows 2025 (vnext)? The issue is the same as when I tried to install Win10/2022 - touchpad keeps being unrecognized... I thought, that issue was in windows 11, but windows vnext is based on 11 - but still doesn't work 😞

Main issue is that device with hardware id "ACPI\VEN_SYNA&DEV_32A9" cannot be installed with synaptics sp141087 or older sp139125 driverpack downloaded from hp support page for win11 😞

When I'm trying manully use drivers from that packages it ends with such an error:

I've already tried snappy driver installer and snappy driver installer origin, also with no luck 😞 Any help appreciated - I'll be happy with any win version beside 11 - so i'm looking for drivers or way to install them, for win10, 2022 or 2025 🙂

Hi:

For W10, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 touchpad driver from the older model series 15-eg0000 and hope it works for your notebook too:

Unfortunately, that does'nt help - same as stock win11 drivers , install progress is silent and doesn't apply driver. Same when trying to run .cmd files within extracted softPack, when trying manually same "device cannot start" error. :(((( Now I'm trying on win2025 which is based on w11, really I don't got a clue why it's not working, first time ever have driver issue 😕
