Hello,
My laptop envy 360x touchpad do nothing. It been fix when I restart the laptop once but now is not working. I have update the device and look at the device manager. However, it does not working at all. The device manager didn't show my touchpad or mouse device. Also, the mouse setting don't have the device tab. I also try to reset my laptop and double click my left upper conner touchpad but it still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this isses ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If the touchpad is not listed in device manager, then I recommend you download the touchpad driver from the below link and install it.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
If you continue facing the issue follow the below steps.
- Start Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager.
- Click on view and check “View hidden devices:
- Right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, restart the computer and check.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
