Product: Hp envy 15 x360

Hi! My mouse, keyboard and touchscreen stopped working. I tried to do image recovery but it failed so I installed the os again. Keyboard and mouse working when not on windows but does not work with windows.

To locate this Product Number P/N: this document.

  • Download and install HP Support Assistant.
  • Search and install all the updates offered by HP Support Assistant.
  • If necessary, restart the computer.
  • Then check that your computer is working properly.
