Need help upgrading TPM from 1.2 to 2.0. Can I do a firmware upgrade or is it possible to buy replacement chip. 

 

Need tpm 2.0 for gaming security not Windows 11 upgrade.

 

Any advice be great.

What you want to do is not possible.

 

You need to have a 600 G2 or 600 G3 to support a TPM 2.0 firmware upgrade.

 

I recommend you sell your PC and get a 600 G4 with an Intel 8th generation core processor that would have a TPM 2.0 security device and support W11 as well.

 

You can move your graphics card to the G4 if you installed on in your G1.
